How do I download a game?
Go to the product page of the game you are interested in and click the Download button. You can download either the Windows or Macintosh version of the game.
How do I install a game I have downloaded?
Macintosh
- Double-click the .dmg file that you downloaded.
- Select "agree" to the license agreement screen.
- Drag the icon of the game folder to your hard drive. You can copy it into any folder you like.
- You can now throw away the .dmg file and the installer file that it created.
- Double-click the Install program that was downloaded to your desktop.
- Click through each screen in the installation set-up.
- The program will be copied your "program files" folder on your local drive.
- A shortcut will also be copied to your desktop .
Is there a difference between the free trial and the full version?
The Free Trial version of games that you download are actually the full featured programs. Without a registration number you can play the games a few times to try them out. Once you enter a registration number, it will unlock the game for unlimited play.
How do I purchase a registration number to have unlimited play?
Go to the product page of the game you are interested in and click the "Buy" button. After purchasing the product we will send you a registration number via email.
What if I lose my registration number?
We recommend that you keep a copy of your registration number somewhere safe. If you do lose it though, you can contact our technical support team and we will resend your registration number based on your email address.
What's the difference between the download version and the CD-ROM?
The software is the same in both versions. We recommend the download version for most people. It gives you instant access and is less expensive . We recommend the CD-ROM if you are concerned about having a backup copy of the program, or if you are giving it as a gift.
Can I download the program again?
Yes. You can download a product again any time. As long as you are using the same computer, the registration number should be remembered automatically.
